TRZ offers services of engine parts machining of all types passenger’s, cross-country and cargo vehicles and machinery of agricultural and construction mechanization with partial assemblage of engines.

Machining of engine parts represents the component of engine’s general overhauling, by which some functional surfaces of the part are brought on overhauling measures (R1, R2, R3…) ands on that way lifetime of the vital and expensive parts is extended and the expenses of entire overhauling are decreased.

Parts that are most frequently machined on this way are: crankcases and heads of engines, cylinder liners, pistons and piston rods, crankshafts, valves, slide bearings, and other parts in which, during the exploiting, changes of some constructional characteristics occurred (flatness, coaxial, circularity, dynamic and static balancing, etc.).

This type of machining is successfully done on almost all types of OTTO motors, which power is up to 120kW and Diesel motors which power is up to 1200kW. Considerable part of machining capacity is engaged on services for civilian market for machining engine parts of all types of passenger’s, cross-country and cargo vehicles and machinery of agricultural and construction mechanization.
