ARMORED VEHICLES

ARMORED VEHICLES General overhauling of armored vehicles has very important part in strategic plans of each army. Up-to-date equipped capacities, specialized personnel and appliance of new technologies on all levels of maintenance, from vehicle inspection to overhauling, enable successful performance of this function.
TRZ Cacak successfully performs the overhauling of armored vehicles, such as:

  • Caterpillar-type armored vehicles
    -Tanks,
    -Armored transporters and caterpillar type vehicles,
    -Automotive weapons guns and howitzers.
  • Armored wheel-type vehicles
    -Armored automobiles and transporters,
    -Special automobiles (commanding)

General overhauling of armored vehicles is performed using up-to-date equipment, mostly of domestic production, our special self-produced tools and standard tools of domestic production.

Within general overhauling, technical-overhauling documentation is made, degree of damage and assortment of parts for replacement is established, and new parts, which are necessary for overhauling process, are produced.

ARMORED VEHICLESTesting of overhauled motors, assembly blocks and parts is performed in up-to-date equipped testing stations and on testing benches, and the final testing of overhauled armored vehicles is performed in polygons in the conditions of increased loading comparing to the exploiting.

We posses technical-overhauling documentation for all variants of the tank T-55 (S, C, P) translated in English language supplied with all necessary drawings and standards for general overhauling.

Also, we possibility of technologic projecting and equipping stationary workshops for overhauling armored vehicles as well as mobile workshops for overhauling.

TRZ has great experience in giving technical help and training of buyer’s personnel, so that they can be trained for independent overhauling.

We are qualified to do complete transfer of technology of general overhauling of armored vehicles in buyer’s country and training in establishing organizational and technologic flows for independent overhauling of armored vehicles.
